Founded in 1969 in Haarby, Denmark, where the headquarters and main manufacturing facilities are still located, the company has grown to more than 300 employees across subsidiaries in Germany, Spain, and Poland. Since 2016, the majority of Cabinplant’s shares have been owned by CTB, Inc., an American industrial company and part of Berkshire Hathaway.
